In order to ensure the quality of the leads that you receive from us, we use two different methods (Lead Scored) – Qualitative (the Historical Confidence Score) and Quantitative (the Real-Time Confidence Score).
The Historical Confidence Score
When you request a lead, our system checks if it exists in our database. You can search for leads by broad common criteria – like location, industry, job titles, etc. But you can also search by company or a specific person’s
name. Returned records verify that we have those leads.
The Real-Time Confidence Score
Once you have decided on which leads you want and saved them to your Saved Contacts, Artificial Intelligence will score all of them to verify their validity using the 1-100 rating system.
If the Real-Time score returns a rating of 40 or less, we will not take any credits for those leads, therefore making them free to use. All leads you receive from us are yours to use forever.

We guarantee validation of professional emails. We do have personal emails in our database, but we currently only validate professional ones.
Statistics show that on occasion, even valid emails bounce. There is actually a 1.3% chance that good and valid emails will bounce. It’s especially noticeable when you send email blasts (try to have an en-masse email campaign). Not to worry—try resending your communications to those emails.
Quick reminder: Our system only guarantees validation of professional emails. The bounce rate among personal emails may be higher, since we don’t validate them.

If the score is below 40 when you download the lead, credits spent on it are returned to you. The system does it all automatically and immediately.
Our Contacts Database access is structured on a credit system. One (1) lead (contact record) = One (1) credit. This includes all the information we have on that contact for a single credit – all phone numbers, emails, skills, education, etc., up to 40 contact details.
Before you use a credit to receive full lead details, you will see exactly what kind of detail this particular lead has – direct dial phone, cell phone, professional email, personal email, etc. – and decide if you want it. Before you request the lead, its details will be validated in real time. If we are unable to validate the lead detail in real time prior to you receiving it, this lead will be free of charge – no credits/cash will be used to get it.
